Destiny Changers Deliverance Center, Inc. began in 2013 at the Days Inn in Glen Burnie our opening service sermon : ” Calling All Overcomers !’ was televised on Comcast Cable in Howard County, Anne Arundel County & Baltimore City.

Our Mission : “We Restore the Broken to Christ “.

A family church begun by Pastor Steve Turner & Evangelist Leora Turner welcomed everyone with love and the compassion of Christ.

We extended the ” Love of Christ” to the citizens of NW Baltimore, the Men’s Shelter of Catonsville and various churches in Baltimore.

Through a Vision from God, we established a radical evangelical outreach entitled : Faith Walk”. An aggressive spiritual take over of 14 designated corners in the heart of a highly drug & crime filled neighborhood in NW Baltimore ( Off 4801 liberty heights Ave. ). Placing 14 pastors on 14 corners for prayer. Our theme was : ” Fighting crime thru Faith !”.

This Outreach was done annually for 3 years. At the end of each ” Faith Walk” we would have a ” Street Outreach” Service offering jobs, food , preaching and prayer to all of the attendees on the street.

We mourn the loss of 1st. Lady Leora ” Queen” Turner but will never forget her untiring love, willingness to pray and her heavenly smile that could move mountains.
